Hello World!

Hi there — I'm Eray Ağaçdoğrayan. I’ve been in the game development world for quite some time now, and like many of us in this field, making games isn’t just a job — it’s a passion. Everyone has their own preferences, and mine lean toward open-world experiences and detailed simulation games.

When you’ve been a dev for a while, you start to look at the world differently. Everything becomes a potential game idea. That’s exactly what happened to me one peaceful holiday, watching boats drift across the sea. With that simple moment, the spark of an idea was born — and after a few excited heartbeats and lots of research, it began evolving into a real project.

Fast forward 1.5 years of development, and I’m proud to finally introduce you to: Open Sea Simulator.

As the name suggests, Open Sea Simulator is all about the sea. It’s a sandbox-style simulation game with no predefined story. The experience is entirely in your hands. Explore the vast map, enjoy rod fishing, take on commercial fishing jobs, run transport routes, dive into search & rescue missions, compete in sea races — or just sit back on a bench and watch the waves roll by.

Being part of the simulation games community myself, I know players vary widely in how they like to play — from super chill to ultra-realistic. That’s why I designed a feature I call Adjustable Realism. It lets you toggle certain systems on or off based on how deep you want the simulation to go. I’ll be sharing more about that in upcoming devlogs.

In the meantime, don’t forget to add Open Sea Simulator to your wishlist to stay updated on news and releases!
